How to Access Services & Eligibility
Our priority is to help San Diego residents in urgent need. General eligibility focuses on individuals and families who are literally homeless or at imminent risk of losing housing.
Step-by-Step Access:
- Contact Us: Call (619) 295-8802 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
- Initial Screening: Our staff will conduct a brief assessment to understand your immediate situation.
- Referral & Intake: We will connect you with the most appropriate emergency shelter or program based on availability and your needs.
- Case Management: Once placed, you'll be assigned a case manager for ongoing support.
Case Management & Ongoing Support
Beyond immediate shelter, our case managers work with you to develop a personalized housing stability plan. This includes assistance with benefits applications, employment resources, and long-term housing searches to help you achieve lasting independence.
